Medical conditions

All medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking particularly heart conditions, high/ low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, skin conditions, epilepsy, diabetes, allergies or if you are pregnant. This will allow us to treat you safely and to ensure that treatments are suitable. You will also be required to complete a health questionnaire on your first visit and to advise us of any changes as soon as you become aware of them.

Cancellations

24 hours notice of cancellation is required. For cancellations within 24 hours where the appointment is rebooked no cancellation charge will be made. For other cancellations within 24 hours a  50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Late attendance or non attendance at appointments

If you are late for an appointment we will , if time allows, provide the full treatment. If we are not able to do this, due to other bookings, we will perform as much of the treatment  as is possible in the time available. Failure to attend an appointment will be treated in the same way as cancellations made within 24 hours.

Method of payment

Hotel guests can charge treatments to their room if they are settling their account by credit card.

We do not currently accept Credit cards or Debit cards so other customers must pay by cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to “Aura Beauty Care”.
